Every blogger has a dream to achieve #1 position in the search results. To make this possible you have to post quality content but only posting is not enough.

Here, the concept of advertising and marketing comes into action and plays an important role in sending targetted traffic to your website thus increases number of users and helps in boosting the rankings as well.

Today in these article I'm going to share some tips for newbie bloggers on how to advertise your blog and increase traffic to your site.

Why advertising is necessary :

After reading the title, the first question comes in the mind of some people is that why it is necessary to advertise your blog or website.

If you are not one of those then you can take some tips for advertising and if you are one of that some people then it's excellent ...that's why I'm writing the article for.

Suppose, you post some great content but you've not advertised it properly and received a few clicks then there is no meaning of posting it.Your content will be lost in the depth of internet and no targeted users will reach it.

We see there are thousands of results for every query on the search engine but only a few from the top are accessed . so you have to be in those to be able to reach your audience.

Google adwords is very helpful for new bloggers to help them to reach their audience. 

Google will show your site on the top in the ads section if something related to your site is searched.

You'll only have to pay when the users click on your ad.

• Make a page on Facebook with your blog name. It looks professional and posting on the name of a brand or website increases the chances of your link to be clicked.
• Join as many as Facebook Groups you want related to your niche and share your article links there. By this you can get your regular users and followers. You can also use Auto Poster for facebook, many autoposters are available on Internet but use the one you think is not a scam or just a phishing page.
• Use various social networks for sharing links and content. You can also organise small contests,they'll help you in getting more likes for your page and more followers.
• You can also use third party sites which provides traffic to your website by showing your banners and articles on someone's site in exchange you have to show someone else's banners on your site.

These are some very basis tips to help you get the idea of advertising in the starting days. They'll help you with your blog.
